How to use

       Ice mold:

1. Fill to the line with water (or a gentle, skin-safe mix). Freeze for 4+ hours.

2. Briefly run under water to release.

3. Glide over cheeks, jaw, forehead and under-eye area with light, continuous strokes. Limit to 30–60 seconds per area.
   Roller & gua sha:

4. Apply a slip product (serum/oil/cream).

5. Roller - move outward and upward from the centre of the face; repeat 3–5 passes per section.

6. Gua sha - hold at a 15° angle and use light, sweeping strokes along the jawline, cheeks and brow area.

Care

• Wash tools with mild soap and dry after each use.

• Store the ice mold in the freezer with the cap on.

• Do not drop stainless-steel tools; avoid harsh cleaners.

• Avoid use on broken or very irritated skin. If you’re prone to sensitivity or rosacea, keep sessions brief and use a barrier (thin cloth).
